About : Aamchi Nari Shakti Social Welfare Foundation
My name is Dipali Nitesh Patil, and the inspiration behind starting this NGO came from the realities I witnessed in my own surroundings. Year of Establishment 2024 I saw how women were often denied respect and equal opportunities simply because they were uneducated and financially dependent. Many of them silently endured hardship within their families and marriages, lacking both awareness and support.Istrongly believe that if a woman is educated and financially independent, she can achieve anything—and no one can stop a strong, empowered woman. With this vision, I started working towards women’s empowerment in 2021.In the beginning, it was not easy. People did not listen to us or take us seriously. But I started by educating women, counseling them, and visiting their homes to spread awareness about their rights and government support schemes. Slowly but steadily, they began to understand the importance of becoming self-reliant.Today, our NGO stands as a ray of hope for women and girls who want to build their own future with confidence, dignity, and strength. Our mission is clear –to empower every woman to become self-sufficient and respected in society.

Career & Personal Counselling: Many women, motivated by our counselling sessions, have taken the first step towards employment, entrepreneurship, and self-reliance.
Computer Education: Dozens of young girls and women have received computer training, leading to better job opportunities and skill development, especially in urban and semi-urban areas.
Government Scheme Awareness: Through awareness sessions on government forms and schemes, numerous women accessed entitlements, financial aid, and other benefits—especially widows and lowincome families.
Self-Awareness & Protection Training for Girls: Adolescent girls were educated on personal safety, self-confidence, and legal rights through special sessions, enabling them to navigate the world with more confidence andsecurity
