Women’s Paper Bag Enterprise Program

This project provided training to women in making eco-friendly paper bags. After completing the training, several women successfully launched their own small businesses and became financially independent.

Guidance & Counselling Program

Through this initiative, women received personal counselling related to career choices, self-confidence, and overcoming domestic issues. As a result, many women started their own work or secured jobs.

Computer Literacy & Digital Skill Development

This project offered basic computer training to young girls and women, improving their digital knowledge and helping them obtain better job opportunities in various sectors.

Adolescent Girls’ Safety & Awareness Classes

Special classes were conducted for adolescent girls to educate them on self-protection, menstrual hygiene, self-confidence, and legal rights. These sessions helped in building their awareness and a strong sense of self-respect.

Government Scheme Awareness & Assistance Program

This project aimed at educating women and underprivileged families about various government welfare schemes (such as pensions, health cards, labor cards, widow support, etc.) and helping them fill out the necessary forms. The foundation also organized multiple
camps where beneficiaries directly accessed government aid and services

Clothing Distribution & Community Welfare Drive

This initiative, in collaboration with Reliance Retail, involved door-to-door distribution of
clothes to underprivileged families living in slum areas of Nagpur. The aim was to provide essential clothing with dignity to those in need, enhancing comfort and community wellbeing.

Garba Utsav – Cultural Inclusion & Community Celebration Initiative

This 9-day cultural event was organized to offer underprivileged communities a dignified and joyful space to celebrate Garba, absolutely free of cost. It provided cultural inclusion, social bonding, and festive joy to people who often cannot access such events due to financial barriers. Celebrities and well-known personalities also graced the event, making it a memorable experience for all.

Children & Law – Police Friendship Awareness Tour

This initiative involved taking children from underprivileged areas on an educational visit to understand police work. They learned how the police operate, how weapons are handled, and how law and order are maintained. The primary goal was to remove fear of the police from young minds and build trust and awareness about law enforcement.

Health & Wellness Public Service Initiative

Under this initiative, Aamchi Nari Shakti Social Welfare Foundation organized several camps including blood donation drives, dental checkups, general health screenings, and basic medical aid. The primary goal was to provide free healthcare services to the underserved and spread awareness about health and hygiene in the community.

Rural Grievance Redressal & Empowerment Initiative

Through this initiative, the foundation raised key issues faced by rural communities— such as access to water, electricity, education, and healthcare—by directly presenting them to elected representatives like MLAs. The project aimed to bridge the gap between the rural population and policy-makers, empowering villagers through advocacy and collective representation.

Children’s Talent & Personality Development Initiative

This project focused on organizing various competitions for young children such as drawing, singing, dancing, speeches, etc. The aim was to provide a platform for children to showcase their talents, build self-confidence, and encourage their mental and social development.

Rashtr Utsav – Patriotism & Civic Awareness Campaign

Under this initiative, the foundation celebrated Independence Day and Republic Day each year with great enthusiasm through flag hoisting, cultural performances, patriotic songs, speeches, and competitions. The goal was to foster a strong sense of patriotism, civic awareness, and community unity among children, youth, and women.
